Yashvi Parmar

Management Engineering Student, University of Waterloo

Yashvi is a fourth year management engineering student at the University of Waterloo. With a passion for sports and technology, she is eager to be a part of the future of data driven decision making in sports. As a part of her submission to the WISD hackathon, she chose to develop an interactive dashboard for a coaching staff to explore each at-bat event where contact was made with the ball. The project focused on assessing swing quality using bat tracking data. In her free time, Yashvi can be found training for her next marathon, learning a new sport or watching the Toronto Raptors.
