Sejal Dua

Data Scientist, NBA

Sejal is a Data Scientist in the Basketball Strategy & Analytics group at the NBA. She works on optimizing the regular season schedule, simulating and modeling outcomes during tournament play, and evaluating potential rule changes. Prior to her one year at the NBA, she was at Nike as a Data Scientist on the Sports Marketing team for almost two years. She obtained a dual degree in Data Science and Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech. She is originally from Portland, Oregon and currently resides in New York, NY.
