Basketball Systems Developer, Cleveland Cavaliers

Michelle joined the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2021 as a Basketball Systems Developer, where she builds and maintains software tools deployed across basketball operations. She grew up in Cleveland as a diehard baseball fan before discovering Computer Science while attending Northeastern University, earning her BS in CS with a minor in Spanish while studying on four different continents. With diverse software experience spanning six industries and previous roles in development, QA, and product management, Michelle brings a unique, jack-of-all-trades perspective to her work with the Cavs' Basketball Systems group.
