I am a biomechanical engineer who entered the data science field mid-career and am now at the NFL leading a diverse team to ensure we design a data ecosystem that improves decision making to help reduce injuries. I am most proud of the fact that I am a mom of two and have managed to advance in a very male dominated field. I am passionate about getting more women senior/leadership levels in data and engineering fields.
