Biomechanist, Washington Nationals

Brittany Mills is currently the Biomechanist for the Washington Nationals and previously served as the Biomechanics Assistant for the New York Yankees. As the first Black female Biomechanist in Major League Baseball, Brittany is dedicated to inspiring the next generation to blend their passion for technology and sports to enhance athletic performance. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a M.S. in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida, with a concentration in Human Performance. Brittany's ability to integrate two seemingly unrelated fields provides a unique perspective and enables her to leverage various aspects of the game to contribute to her team's growth and success.
